International Index to the Performing Arts (IIPA)

The International Index to the Performing Arts (IIPA) is our primary resource for discovering articles on choreography, individual performers, dance companies, reviews and more.

Tips for searching:

  • As the name suggests, this resource is international in scope and therefore includes information written in many languages about dance from all over the world.
  • Try typing in the name of a choreographer, a style or type of dance, a performer, a dance company, or even a performance venue.
  • Many articles will be available in full text -- if not, click on the "GET IT" button to see if the article is available elsewhere.
