The Digital Library is the full-text repository of papers from publications that have been published, co-published, or co-marketed by ACM and other publishers.

Scopus is a good starting point for finding articles on almost any topic. It contains over 47,000,000 records to scholarly publications, trade publications and conference proceedings, including publications available through ScienceDirect. Searches can easily be limited by subject area, year, document type, etc.
INSPEC offers comprehensive coverage of electrical & computer engineering literature.
Safari Books Online
Safari Books Online offers full text books about computer technology. O'Reilly is the primary publisher, but Safari features other publishers, including Peachpit Press, New Riders, Sams, Adobe Press, and Packt, among others.
SpringerLink is an integrated full-text database for journals, books, protocols, eReferences, and book series published by Springer. We own many, but not all of the books listed.
Synthesis Digital Library of Engineering and Computer Science
A collection of 50- to 100-page electronic books that synthesizes an important research or development topic. Organized by series, primarily focused on electrical engineering, computer engineering, and biomedical engineering.

It contains a significant amount of new international dissertations and theses both in citations and in full text.
K-State Research Exchange
Full text of theses, dissertations, and reports submitted by K-State graduate students. In most cases, papers are available by the end of the semester in which the student graduates. Coverage begins Fall 2006 for doctoral dissertations and Fall 2007 for masters papers, although some theses and dissertations are available from Fall 2004-Summer 2006.
