You have options if you did not receive your print out, or the copy is in poor quality. If you act within 12 hours from the time the job was sent to the printer, you can do one of these:

  • Go to the IT Help Desk, 214 Hale Library, and they will try to reprint it for you.
  • You can request a refund through PaperCut and the IT Help Desk will investigate.
    • For a refund request, follow these steps:
      1. Resend your print request.
      2. Go to https://papercut.campus.ksu.edu .
      3. Log in with your KSU eID and password.
      4. Select Recent Print Jobs.
      5. Under Status, locate the print job and click on request refund.
