Theodor Seuss Geisel Award

In honor of Dr. Seuss, the Theodor Seuss Geisel Award is given to the author(s) and illustrator(s) of the most distinguished children's book for beginning readers in the United States for the previous year. There are also honor books named every year in addition to the award winner.
