Kansas Newspaper Access at K-State Libraries

K-State Libraries subscribes to several Kansas newspapers and keeps the most recent issues in Hale Library. They are located in the periodical and newspaper section of Room 240 and are non-circulating.

 

Historic Issues

Kansas Historical Society

The Historical Society has a nearly comprehensive collection of newspapers (microfilm and electronic) for the state. Kansas residents may borrow newspaper microfilm by placing a request with their local library for an interlibrary loan. Many newspapers dating from 1854-1922 are also online and free for Kansas residents to use.
