Library Research Guide

Use the Library

K-State Libraries embraces K-State's mission as a Land Grant Institution to serve the residents of the state.

Any Kansas resident may visit K-State Libraries and use the resources, including the online databases.

Bring USB Flash Drives or Use Email

It's helpful to bring a USB flash drive to save articles when using the databases in the library.

Some databases will ask for a user name and password if you only have a link to that article and are off campus.

Regardless, it's always best to double check your email or flash drive before you leave the library to make sure you can get to the articles you've saved.

Available Tours

Library tours provide a wonderful opportunity for introducing academic libraries to students. Come learn about newly renovated Hale Library, the Sunderland Foundation Innovation Lab, the Great Room, and much more!

In the Classroom

We also offer classroom instruction for middle and high school students. Need to find books or articles? Perhaps your students have an assignment and you'd like to find library resources to support it? We can tailor a session to your needs.
