Whether you're using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Pro through K-State, you'll start by creating an Esri account linked to K-State. Log into the ArcGIS Online Portal with your K-State credentials.
To start using ArcGIS online, select "Map" to make your first map!. You now have a "named user" license which you can use to download and use ArcGIS Pro on your computer. Note: If your laptop is owned by the university, you will need administrator permissions to install ArcGIS Pro.
