Permalinks In Search It

You can find permalinks for both print and electronic resources in Search It - you can select the option from both the results list and the individual resource page.

On the results list, you can click on the three dots to the right of the title you're interested in.

Click on the three dots (ellipses) to the right of the item title.

Clicking the three dots will open an additional menu below the item.

An addiitonal menu under the item offers various options to share the item, including a Permalink.

When you click on the Permalink icon, an additional menu will appear with the link. You can select "Copy the permalink to clipboard" to quickly copy the URL.

Alternatively, if you click on the item title from the results page, it will open the resource page. You should see a "Send To" menu with options for sharing or exporting the resource, including a Permalink option.

Under the Send To menu, permalink is second option in the second row.

If you click the Permalink icon, an additional box with the URL will appear. You can select "Copy the permalink to clipboard" to quickly copy the URL.
