Welcome to the Research Guide for CYBR 247!  The purpose of this guide is to make you aware of the extensive resources K-State has made available to help you in your research project for this class.  If this guide does not have the information and/or guidance you are looking for, do not hesitate to ask a Librarian for help!

Notes toward a literature review: A comprehensive identification and examination of the scholarly publications on a topic means checking ALL library databases, learning and seeking out specific journal titles, citation chasing, author searches, and being aware of the latest (vs. the oldest) published articles and the experts on the topic. The purpose is to synthesize what is known so that you can formulate questions and plan new research about what is not known.
