Services

My Library Account

  • Use your library account to find out when your materials are due and to renew items.

Interlibrary Loan and Retrieval from Main Campus

  • Any materials that are available on main campus libraries can be sent for pick-up at the library on the Salina campus. Use "request retrieval" in the main library catalog or contact us for help.
  • Interlibrary loan requests for materials from other libraries can be made through Hale Library. Remember to mark Salina as the pick-up location.

Course Reserve

  • Many textbooks are available for short-term checkout for use in the library. Ask for your textbook by title at the Questions Desk. Check our Course Reserves list for availability.

Equipment Checkout

  • Ask at the Questions Desk for any of the following equipment on short-term loan: calculators, chargers, white board markers, web cams, ethernet and HDMI connectors, and more.
  • Long-term loans are available for laptops and calculators. Contact sallib@ksu.edu to check in advance if a calculator or laptop is available, or come to the help desk. Patrons assume financial responsibility for any borrowed equipment. Please note that our laptops do not have any specialized software installed, only Microsoft Office. Our IT office can install programs required for your coursework.

Reserve the Seminar Room (TC113C)

Use the Facilities Room Request form to reserve the Seminar Room. Check availability first in the 25Alive system. The Seminar Room comfortably holds 14 people and has a wall-mounted display monitor (bring your own laptop to connect).
